These are the current WetGo Unlimited program terms, carried over during the transition to the new WetGo platform. The operating entity, contact details, and program references are under review and will be updated at launch (Kaija / CK legal).

Signing up

To join, complete an application, create an account, and select a service plan. Sign-up requires your name, email address, payment method, billing address, and phone number. After you authorize recurring billing, you'll receive an enrollment confirmation email directing you to a participating location, where our team affixes an RFID tag to your windshield. A separate account and tag are required for each enrolled vehicle.

Service levels

Four service tiers are available:

  • Clean — Basic exterior wash.
  • Guard — Basic wash plus undercarriage and underbody protectant.
  • All Weather — Guard wash plus wheel cleaning and weather shield.
  • Showroom — All-Weather package plus tire shine and hot wax.

How it works

After registration and tag installation, visit any participating WetGo location for unlimited washes. The system tracks usage, and you can manage your plan online through your account at any time.

Vehicle changes

You may substitute vehicles at any WetGo location. Two vehicles may not share a subscription. A new RFID tag is issued for a replacement vehicle.

Recurring billing

Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis via ACH authorization. Monthly billing occurs on the same day of the month your subscription began. If your subscription began on the 31st, you will be charged on the last day of any month that has fewer than 30 days. Your billing information is viewable in your account; notices are provided only when a charge date changes or a price increases.

Cancellation

You may cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled billing date by logging into your account. You will not be entitled to any prorated refund, but you may continue to use your subscription until the end of the current billing period. Grandfathered pricing ends upon cancellation, and re-enrollment requires accepting the current terms.

Plan changes

You may change plans up to 24 hours before your billing date. Upgrades trigger a prorated charge immediately. Downgrades do not provide a refund, so we recommend scheduling changes near the end of your billing cycle.

RFID tag management

Report a lost, unusable, or stolen tag to Customer Service. WetGo cannot be responsible for use of the RFID tag by third parties. Upon cancellation, you may remove your tag or leave it affixed for later reactivation.

Program restrictions and modifications

  • Location availability: Vehicle eligibility varies by location. We reserve the right to open, close, terminate, and relocate locations at any time.
  • Offer combinations: Your subscription cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, prepaid washes, or gift cards.
  • Weather and maintenance: WetGo reserves the right to close for inclement weather, holidays, equipment maintenance, and facility upgrades.

Account deactivation and termination

Failed payments result in account deactivation until valid payment information is provided. We may terminate a subscription for violations, RFID tag tampering, or attempts to game the program. Any tampering with the RFID tag, attempts to wash more than one vehicle on a single subscription, or other misconduct will result in the subscription being voided and all monies forfeited.

Electronic communications consent

By providing an email address and accepting these terms, you consent to receive electronic communications regarding your subscription, including confirmations, password resets, cancellation and plan-change notices, payment-failure and expiring-payment alerts, and post-enrollment surveys. You may request paper copies at no charge, or withdraw your consent to electronic communications, by written notice to the address on file for the program.

Privacy and data use

Your account information is accessible through login. We use collected data consistent with our Privacy Notice.

Program status

The WetGo subscription program is provided "as is," and we may terminate the entire program or any particular location at any time.
