WetGo Unlimited Car Wash

This is an interim summary of how the current WetGo Unlimited program handles your information. The full privacy notice and the operating entity are under review for the new WetGo platform and will be published at launch (Kaija / CK legal).

Information we collect

When you sign up for a membership or request a free wash, we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, phone number, billing address, payment method, and the vehicle and location associated with your account.

How we use it

• To set up and manage your membership and process recurring billing.
• To send transactional messages — enrollment and cancellation confirmations, plan-change notices, payment alerts, and receipts.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To send occasional offers and program updates, which you can opt out of at any time.

Your choices

You can view and update your account information any time you're logged in, change or cancel your plan online, and unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message. Withdrawing marketing consent doesn't stop the transactional messages needed to run your membership.

Data sharing

We share information only as needed to operate the program — for example, with payment and email service providers acting on our behalf — and as described in the full privacy notice.
